Security is a key choice in a customer's decision to purchase goods and services from us. We have security technology that ensures that your data and payment details are not accessible to hackers and other unscrupulous individuals. Our security standards are based on the Code of Practice for Information Security Management (BS7799).
Policies and procedures are in place for technical and physical security. We use anti-virus software to protect our computer systems. None of our systems are likely to violate security mechanisms that our end users may have in place.
We employ SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to ensure that your data can not be viewed by anybody else.
We will take all reasonable care to keep your details and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to data you provide.
In order to ensure that all Santa letters are delivered on time, international orders will be refused after the 1st of December and ALL orders will be refused after the 16th of December.
VAT & Tax Charges.
All prices may include 20% VAT if applicable and this is chargeable on all orders within the European Union. Because of the increased postal charges to send your letter outside of the European Union, the price does not include VAT but takes into account the extra postal charges and an administration charge.
Returns and Refunds.
We expect you to be delighted with your letter from Father Christmas Letters. However, in the unlikely event of your Santa letters arriving in a damaged condition we will send a replacement letter from Santa or issue a refund. Should you be unhappy with the letter or our services please contact us with your order number for a customer return code. You will then be entitled to a refund from us, which will be paid no later than thirty (30) days of your notification.
Cancelling your Order.
To cancel your order, please contact us with the order number and your instruction to cancel.
